Grilled Chicken And Potato Soup

  • 4 Medium Chicken Breast
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Medium Boiled Potato
  • 1000ml Water
  • 1 Sachet Maggi Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • Fresh Dill Leaves
  • Cook chicken breasts on both sides in a deep pan until fully done and golden._ Then remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan combine boiled potatoes, water and MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup and stir until fully dissolved. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for five minutes until slightly thick. Optionally, use a hand blender to puree the soup for a smooth finish.
  • Slice chicken breasts diagonally and place in the bottom of a serving bowl. Pour soup over, and optionally garnish with fresh dill before serving.
