  • 100g FITNESS Original
  • 2 kakis (persimmons)
  • 1 lemon
  • 125g ricotta cheese
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 big teaspoon honey
  • Peel the kakis (persimmons) and cut into cubes, then marinate overnight in a bowl, stirred with lemon juice and a packet of vanilla sugar.
  • Whip the ricotta cheese with the teaspoon of honey and strongly stir to tenderize, until obtaining a smooth cream.
  • Upon serving, layer the dessert cups with crunchy FITNESS flakes, whipped ricotta and fruits marinated in lemon juice.
  • Repeat until the dessert cups are full.
  • Consider this recipe as a treat. It will be delicious for sure but should only be enjoyed occasionally as part of a healthy, balanced and positive diet.
