Ingredients:
  • 500g Small Elbow Pasta
  • 400g Minced Meat
  • 1 Sachet Maggi Kabsa Mix
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbs Tomato Paste
  • 1 Garlic Clove Diced
  • 2 tbs Coriander Chopped
  • 2tbs Parsley Chopped
  • 1 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1.5 L Water
Directions:
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion.
  • Add garlic, minced meat, MAGGI Kabsa Mix, tomato paste and stir.
  • Add the pasta, tomatoes and water.
  • Cover and keep cooking until the pasta becomes tender.
  • Garnish with parsley and coriander.
