Ingredients: (for 1 serving)
  • 1 handful of FITNESS Original
  • 150g fresh pineapple
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 handful of fresh baby spinach
  • Seeds of your choice (pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds or sesame seeds)
  • As ornament: coconut, frozen raspberries
Directions:
  • In a blender or food processor, blend the spinach with a bit of water to properly break the fibers.
  • Add the pineapple and peeled kiwi pieces.
  • Add one handful of FITNESS Original to bring a nice texture.
  • Present in a bowl and decorate with some FITNESS Original, grilled seeds (pumpkin, flaxseeds or sesame) and fruits of your choice: coconut shavings, some frozen raspberries or even some extra kiwi slices.
