Golash Soup

Ingredients:
  • 1tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 500g Braising Beef Cut into 3mm Cubes
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Medium (100g) Carrot Cut Into 5mm Cubes
  • 1 Potato, Peeled And Cut into Small Cubes
  • 1 Parsnip, Peeled And Chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper Diced
  • 1 Celery Stalk, Finely Chopped
  • 5 Cups Water
  • 1 Pack Maggi Tomato Noodle Soup
  • 1.5 tsp Caraway Seeds, Crushed
  • 1tbs Sweet Paprika
  • Sour Cream & Parsley To Garnish
Directions:
  • In a medium pot heat Vegetable oil and sauté beef until brown and set aside.
  • Add onions ,garlic and vegetables and sauté until soft
  • Add Beef, caraway seeds and paprika and pour over the water. Bring to the boil, and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, until meat is just tender.
  • Add MAGGI TOMATO NOODLE SOUP. Stir and Simmer for a further 15 minutes
  • Serve topped with a swirl of sour cream and parsley.
