Corn Chowder Soup

Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 medium Potato , Peeled & Cut into 5mm Cubes
  • 1 Stalk Celery, Cut into 5mm cubes
  • 1 Cup Con Kernels
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 Pack Maggi Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 6 Lemon Wedges
Directions:
  • In a medium pot heat Vegetable oil, add Potatoes, Celery and Corn and sauté until soft.
  • Add Water and MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
