Compote of Apple And Ginger

Ingredients: (for 2 servings)
  • 20g FITNESS Original
  • 2 big apples
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 20g flour
  • 20g butter or margarine
  • 20g sugar
  • 20g whole hazelnuts
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 210°C.
  • Peel and cut the apples into small cubes. Cook them in a pan over low heat with the ginger and one teaspoon sugar.
  • Stir slowly until the fruits are tender, for about 10 minutes. Add some water if needed.
  • In a separate bowl, pour the FITNESS Original, the flour, the sugar, the grilled hazelnuts and the butter cut into small pieces.
  • Knead with fingers to obtain a grainy mixture.
  • In an oven-safe baking dish, covered with baking paper, spread the mixture and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Pour the compote of apple & ginger in nice bowls and sprinkle with cereal and hazelnut crumble.
  • Enjoy when it’s still hot.
