Chocolate And Fruit Cookies

Ingredients: (for about 10 cookies)
  • 50g FITNESS Chocolate
  • 30g oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 50g raisins
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Without peeling it, grate the apple and squeeze it to take out the excess juice.
  • Mash the banana with a fork.
  • Stir the apple and the banana with FITNESS Chocolate, oatmeal, honey, raisins, flour and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Shape flat uniform cookies with a spoon or with bare hands, and place them on a nonstick plate (or a regular plate covered with nonstick baking paper).
  • Bake for 35 minutes. Pull out once browned. Cool a bit before enjoying.
