Slice of Cod with Sweet Potato Mash

Ingredients:
  • 40g FITNESS Original
  • 1 slice of cod
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 20g walnuts
  • The zest of 1 orange
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 210°C.
  • Peel the sweet potato and then cook it in boiling water.
  • Mix the FITNESS Original with the orange zest and walnuts.
  • Place the slice of cod on the mixture and bake in the oven with a little olive oil on top for 8 minutes.
  • Once the sweet potato pieces are cooked, mash them with a fork, add salt and pepper but no butter or oil and serve.
